Each resident is treated like a special friend and we try to cater for most requirements. We have a vet on call 24 hours a day.

Dogs
Our dog units are fully roofed, spacious, secure, and have plenty of light and ventilation. Each unit has its own hammock bed.

We are CLOSED for drop off & pick up during Public Holidays, Long Weekends, Easter break & between Christmas-New Years.

Long weekends, School Holidays, Easter & Christmas Surcharge $2 each day.

ANY OUT OF HOURS DROP-OFF OR PICK-UP WILL INCUR ADDITIONAL FEES.

Long weekends:

Minimum boarding is four (4) days.

Easter/School Holidays:

Minimum boarding is five (5) days.

Christmas/New Year period:

Minimum boarding is ten (10) days.

Minimum boarding is two days during any

'off-peak' times of year.

All dates booked during peak periods must be paid for. (No refunds for early pick ups or deposits made during these periods).

All pets must be completely up to date with vaccinations.

C5 for dogs and F3 for cats. An original Vaccination Certificate is required as proof of vaccination.

Veterinary advice will be sought if, in our opinion, your pet requires medical attention during their stay with us. Any costs involved will be met by the pet’s owner.

All money due for boarding shall be paid to Golden Grove Boarding Kennel upon dropping off their pet.
